We do functional circuit interval training in my office. It is the best all-around exercise program in existence, and it's efficient. All muscles get worked, in three planes of motion, and every human movement pattern is covered. You can go longer than 15 minutes if you want, but 15 will still make you feel like you worked out. It's at your own pace.

If anyone is interested in likely the most efficient off-bike workout, let me know. For members of Cape Cod Cyclist, I am offering to teach you at no-cost when I can squeeze you into my schedule. No gimmicks, and no B.S. I have been training with some of the best over the past few years, and this is the best all-around workout known. I can tailor it to your specific needs with an eye to any injuries or weaknesses you may have. It's fun, and you can do it anywhere, with very little equipment (Swiss ball, medicine ball, stretchy band or tubing and a 6-inch step).

Let me know. Call 508-432-7002 and we'll squeeze you in.

Greg
