Did anybody else hear the rumor that Sebastein is going to try to be a triathlete this year. Rumor is that he is going to train more in swimming and running. Has anybody seen him training off his bike? Somebody needs to tell him that swimming in his bath tub will not be enough.
Sebastein is rumored to do a half ironman in May....so let him know that its time to get in shape in all three sports. Hope to see him out there soon. Sebastein where are you??????

he has not even been training on the bike no ride saturday, no ride sunday and tuesday ihe did't show up either. what's up hope he don't make us look bad!!!!!!  |

He's working his arse off in construction. Or maybe he's in France trying to work out the riff between ASO and the UCI. Pro cycling appears to be killing itself slowly and painfully.
