Dan,
Can you give us a little background on the run from Hanlon's? What type of run/workout, is there track/speed workout later in the season, etc?

The Winter runs are over from Hanlons.Starting in May there will be a track workout at 6:30pm. On Wednesdays
(Barnstable High School). The workouts are for an exp.
2mile warm up.
400yrds
800yrds
1200rds
800yrds
200yrds
with 2min rest inbetween sets
The pace would be the pace that you could run all out for an hour.

If there is anyone planing to do any triathlons it's a great brick workout, if you ride hard with us in the Am.
You don't have to ride right righe before the run to get that feeling.
Tuesdays I would like to get more of a Triathlon workout at Craigville beach. We plan on doing the whole course, Swim, Bike, Run.
You can make the workout as hard or as easy as you want.
