cyclocross training

cyclocross season is coming and i will be doing some cyclocross training on tuesday and thursday morning 7am sharp from senior center dennis until 9 am evrybody welcome as long as you have a crossbike is you don t ask me and we can try to get you started

boys and girls the cross season is officially starting . there is a lot of races where you can go , ride hard, have fun and don t forget a beer or a glass of wine watching the others racing.
i organize two training a week tuesday and thursday 7am from senoir center in dennis. everybody welcome. we practice different specifics of cyclocross each , perfect to improve or get started.

I've only done one this year but I think it was about 1.5-2 hrs. Anything can be modified, I would imagine, however.

duh. Thanks for pointing out the obvious Sebastien, I am a dork!

Once i have a bike I can ride out there, I'll join you for some torture. Perhaps next week.

Yes, Seb. and I go out every thurs am. Excellent trails some technical stuff sometimes barriers always fun. Dress in layers, gloves a must.
