Hi all,
Based on our year end meeting held on the 16th of January, the club announced that we will be holding monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of every month. The meeting is opened to any member of the club to discuss any items/activities related to the club and its members. As such, in order to have some sense of structure around the meeting, I ask that you provide any topics you would like discussed at the meeting by sending a note to suggestions@capecodcyclist.com. That will allow us to put together an agenda for the meeting. Its possible that all items may not get dicussed during the meeting (due to time constraints and other obligations) but be assured that if there is something you want addressed/discussed by the club, it will make it on the list. To reiterate what was mentioned at the meeting, the club is intended to be driven by the membership's input and not necessarily by the board. This is our first step in attempting make that happen.
Time and location for the meeting in February is TBD.
