Hey everyone,
The new ordering for clothing and membership renewal (or becoming a new member) is now available on our website (just go to our home page. I have links to the ordering page in many places). There are some things that everyone needs to be aware of. I've tried to include as much info on the pages as possible, but given the amount of work, its possible I may have missed a few things. So, if you have any issues, please send a note to membership@capecodcyclist.com.
1) Please review the link to the waiver. This is very important. Everyone needs to realize that by signing up online, you agree to the waiver for the club.
2) All merchandise will need to be picked up at the BikeZone in Hyannis. We currently are not setup for shipping (despite what the site will say when you check out).
3) There is a phone number listed at time of checkout. Please refrain from using it. Use the e-mail above if necessary. Your questions will be answered more quickly/promptly through e-mail.
3) We need to place the order on March 15th. Hopefully, that works for the majoriity of people. We will be ordering a few extras, but given the variety we are offering, we may not have all items/sizes available. So, please try and get your order in by the 15th.
4)We are using paypal to process the payments. It is recommended (but not necessary) that you create a paypal account to better track your transaction(s).
5)We are still working on getting the designs for the clothing finalized. Images from the orders page are samples to give you an idea of the style of the clothing. If images come back in time from our manufacturer, I will post the images.
6)Please remember that in order to get the clothing you have to become or renew your membership. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible cancellation of your order. |
